Kiosk Advertising 

 

Advertising revenue generated by 6, 15, and 30-second advertisement subscriptions, from local service companies within a five-mile radius of each kiosk device, will allow the Tinkermen Lotto Report to eventually add more lotteries to our Database Repository, and possibly other kinds of content services.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Tinkermen Lotto Report for any Advertisement content that's found or viewed on our kiosk devices. The Tinkermen Lotto Report is not responsible for the type of Advertising content that service companies create, and we have no control over their Advertising Policies. Please contact us if you find an issue with any kind of Advertisements displayed on our kiosk devices.

 

The Tinkermen Lotto Report with holds the right to cancel any Advertising content thought to be found offensive by the general public at large, and we can only issue a full refund to service companies by our subscription checkout host provider Wix.com, within 30 days. 

 

Advertisement subscriptions purchased on the Site will be immediately processed so that Advertisements can start to be created within the first 3-days.  We cannot be held responsible for delays in Advertisement creation or device deployment timelines. 

 

Advertisement subscriptions will renew every six-months until the subscription is canceled, with service companies withholding the right to the lengthen the time of the Advertisements, by purchasing a different subscription.

Kiosk Devices

​

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Tinkermen Lotto Report for any loss, damage or injury to and from the kiosk device after initial installation, unless if by defect in manufacturing from our device provider TouchWo.

 

Loss or theft of a kiosk device will result in a store vendor having to re-purchase a new kiosk device subscription at cost, with the Tinkermen Lotto Report handling all installation cost and general service maintenance, including ethernet cables and power cords.

The Tinkermen Lotto Report makes every effort to provide store vendors and the public with the most safe and secure touchscreen devices.
