Abstract

This paper applies the Empirical Draw Pattern Mathematics Group Theory (EDPMGT) framework — known as Draw Pattern Mathematics (DPM) formally introduced in Tinkermen Lotto Report White Paper No. 1 — to conduct a side-by-side comparative analysis of six major lotteries currently hosted in the Tinkermen Lotto Report Database Repository: Mega Millions, Powerball, California Super Lotto Plus (CSLP), Euro Millions, Lotto America, and Millionaire for Life. The analysis examines each lottery's matrix structure, total combination count, number of draw pattern group types, and the resulting Frequency Draw Rate (FDR) dynamics.

The comparison reveals that despite vastly different pool sizes and bonus ball structures, all six lotteries exhibit the same fundamental EDPMGT behavior: combinatorial sample spaces partition into frequency-differentiable draw pattern groups whose long-run draw rates converge to their mathematically predicted values. These findings confirm EDPMGT as a general mathematical theory of lottery combinatorial structure — not a property unique to any single game. Implications for cross-lottery strategy and pattern-group selection are discussed.
